Director, Strategic Account Management The Director Strategic Accounts will provide support to the organization's most strategic and largest light industrial accounts in an on-going effort to retain and expand sales to customer's full market share potential. Position is client facing while regularly collaborating with local teams and leaders for specific action plans to support growth and Your Role & Responsibilities * Responsible for managing accounts with 60M+ in annual revenue or greater. Preferred Education & Experience* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of light industrial account management in the staffing industry Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring) * Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to include Senior Management and C-level executives within customer sites. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop data-driven solutions to complex problems. Your Work Environment (Physical Demands) Remote/Hybrid: Typically work is performed either in an office environment or a suitable workspace to conduct business free of distractions and background noise. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for this position: Travel Requirements 30-50% travel time expected for the position. The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $128,000 to $150,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
