ABOUT THE JOB:

The Enterprise Account Specialist works primarily with centralized Enterprise Account customers with a focus on Organic Sales and Customer Service activities. The EAS works closely with the Enterprise Account Manager and branch Sales and Operations teams to write and fulfill contracts for WSMM equipment and services, while driving share and revenue growth for the company and enhancing the Enterprise Account customers' experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with Enterprise Account customer contacts and internal stakeholders
  • Provide Inside sales support and assistance to customer regarding Products and Services (lead generation, quoting, opportunity closing, customer follow-up on inquiries and service requests)
  • Work with EAM to develop & implement customer-specific growth strategies focused on product penetration across WSMM suite of products to drive revenue and share of wallet growth
  • Apply working knowledge of current WSMM pricing guidelines, with a focus on selling value & penetration of the full suite of WSMM equipment and services
  • Apply proper selling techniques throughout the sales process to understand customer needs and requirements, and to provide the best solution for customer needs
  • Responsible for product knowledge across the portfolio of WSMM products, services, and capabilities
  • Develop opportunity pipeline w/ assigned accounts
  • Achieve assigned Sales & Customer Service KPI's where applicable

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree preferred; Highschool diploma or equivalent w/ 2+ yrs of inside or outside sales/customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task w/ high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow and influence the selling process
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong research and problem solving skills
  • Ability to apply selling skills throughout the stages of the sales process
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM
