About the Role

The role will manage key aspects of the Global Total Rewards agenda with a focus on Compensation, such as the enhancement of Workday compensation support, leading the global annual salary review process, managing salary survey submissions, and respective compensation analysis for the US and assigned countries. The role will also support the VP, Global Total Rewards, in assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with the HRIS team, manage the Compensation and Benefits module of Workday, amending or creating new compensation plans as necessary, and supporting HR international teams with Workday compensation questions

  • Manage the annual salary review cycle via Workday, aligning timelines with the various global HR teams, and prepare communication and guideline materials

  • Create insightful reward analytics that help the business and wider HR teams to make informed decisions

  • Work with other group functions (e.g., Finance) on all necessary reward reporting requirements

  • Support the VP Total Rewards in developing the broader global compensation & benefits strategy and framework

  • Manage assigned Total Rewards projects

  • Be the expert on global compensation and benefits-related policies, processes, and work closely with local HR teams in assigned geographies on day-to-day Compensation matters

  • Subject matter expert on salary benchmarking, conducts multi-location benchmarking projects

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in compensation with a focus on the US market and supporting regional or global compensation programs

  • Experience in the Workday compensation module and the advanced compensation module

  • Experience in a global compensation & benefits role supporting multiple countries

  • Experience in creating and communicating insightful data and analytics

  • Experience in managing annual salary review processes

  • Extensive benchmarking experience

  • Writing communications and guidance for HR teams and employees

  • A deep understanding of key Total Rewards areas, such as variable pay design, rewards, and recognition programs

  • Knowledge/trained in benchmarking methodology (e.g. WTW or Mercer IPE)

  • MS365 for Compensation Professionals

  • Problem solving attitude

  • Ability to think beyond how things have been done previously, by suggesting new/and or novel ways of doing things

  • Ability to communicate complex topics effectively

Desirable

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or equivalent certification.

  • Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics tools

US Annualized Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level, and equity. The US salary range does not align with the salary ranges in other countries when converted to the currency of that country.
