Position Description:

In the role of Program Coordinator III - Performance Reporting & Practice Analytics, you will be working in the Medical College Physicians Administration. Under the administrative direction of the Program Director, this role independently coordinates day-to-day operations to enhance access to data and promote data literacy across MCP and MCW's nineteen clinical departments. The position integrates responsibilities across analytics adoption and project management to support a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Hybrid Work Arrangement: 80% Remote, 20% Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Expertise & Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in self-service analytics tools; providing tool selection guidance, and coaching to end users. Uses this expertise to deliver on report requests as needed.
  • Training & Adoption Leadership: Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs-both group and one-on-one-to enhance analytics literacy and drive adoption across clinical departments. Assess operational needs and organizational maturity and tailor offerings accordingly.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data on analytics usage, training satisfaction, and data literacy to inform stakeholders and guide program improvements.
  • Workgroup Participation: Participate on appropriate projects and workgroups relevant to the advancement of the program. This could include User Acceptance Testing of new applications.
  • Program Development & Communication: Collaborate on the creation of educational materials, newsletters, websites, forms, and reports to support program communication and outreach. Work collaboratively with other areas within the organization to align on priorities.
  • Project & Process Management: Act as a central point for coordination and maintenance of program timelines, track key deadlines, and oversee intake processes for analytics requests. Lead process development and continuous improvement efforts related to onboarding and education.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibly support additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the analytics program.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail required.
  • Effectively presents and communicates in written and verbal. Able to communicate analytic findings and insights.
  • Knowledge of computers, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization.
  • Must have a strong aptitude to learn and adopt new technology and/or software tools.
  • Works independently and adapts quickly as needs change. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work.
  • Strong analytical abilities and software knowledge in the areas of spreadsheets, power point presentation, word documentation, databases, electronic records and graphics.




Preferred Schedule:




Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.



Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Required Experience: 5 years

Preferred Experience: Healthcare operations and/or analytics experience.
