Equipment Operator (Peak Season)

Your Opportunity:We are looking for Seasonal Equipment Operators to join the Taylor Team this holiday season. We're offering full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and multiple shift options to choose from. Positions start at $15 per hour and training is provided!

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating production machinery while working at a fast and consistent pace.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

Your Shift:

• Multiple shifts available including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• We will work with your schedule.
• Positions startingthe beginning of Octoberand work through December.

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding the English Language.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others and promote a positive work environment.
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.

We Would Also Prefer:

• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.
