About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile ML Engineer to join our growing Lean-AI Program. You'll be part of a small, highly technical group focused on delivering impactful machine learning and generative AI solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI/ML models-from design and development to deployment and monitoring. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists and other engineers while owning the infrastructure, MLOps, and production environments that bring AI solutions to life. You'll be expected to quickly prototype and iterate on solutions, maintain awareness of emerging GenAI tools and frameworks, and ensure secure, scalable deployments. This is a hands-on role that may occasionally require providing support outside of standard business hours to address urgent issues or time-sensitive tasks-with real impact and room to innovate.
