Description One of our large healthcare clients is looking for an Systems Mobile Device End Point Engineer. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Systems Engineer to lead the migration of our endpoint management platform from VMware Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune. This role requires deep technical expertise in both platforms, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work onsite to configure, deploy, and validate devices and applications. This person will work independently to help support the migration from Workspace ONE to Intune. This person will need to be able to Gather and document existing configuration, policies, profiles, and application deployments from Workspace ONE. Replicate and optimize the configuration within Microsoft Intune, ensuring parity and improved functionality where possible. Collaborate with application owners to validate configurations and obtain sign-off for production deployment. Do all device configuration & deployment. Will build and configure Windows and mobile devices onsite. Ensure devices are properly enrolled in Intune and compliant with organizational policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device provisioning, application deployment, and policy enforcement. As well as handle Stakeholder Collaboration with all teams and work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless migration and minimal disruption. Then will handle all documentation and training to support teams as needed. Proven experience with Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune administration and migration. They will need to be on-site so they can configure and test the setups on the enterprise WiFi. Strong understanding of Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and mobile device management (MDM). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks. Ability to work independently onsite and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience in enterprise-scale migrations or hybrid environments. Familiarity with application packaging and deployment strategies. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Must have a Bachelors Degree at least. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
