The clinical team at Bancroft NeuroRehab includes the most skilled therapists, clinicians, and brain injury specialists, working closely together to create individualized plans for people with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Bancroft NeuroRehab is seeking a senior clinical leader with the ability to guide cultural and programmatic initiatives to support evidence based, transdisciplinary brain injury habilitation and rehabilitation services. The Sr. Clinical Director will oversee assessment, development, and implementation of clinical best practices across all BNR programs. Help Others Rebound, Recover and Reconnect Bancroft NeuroRehab fosters a stable environment for individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions to rebound, recover and reconnect. Direct Support Professionals support those in our care to regain independence through rehabilitation, supervision, behavioral programming, social, and recreational activities. Missy's Story of Recovery Hear from NHL All-Star and Bancroft NeuroRehab Ambassador Qualifications We are hiring clinical leaders who: * Have a PhD or PsyD psychology, or a master's level or doctorate degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or a related field. Doctorate level education preferred * Bring a minimum of five years of related experience in brain injury rehabilitation and/or recovery from neurologic injuries, with extensive knowledge in transdisciplinary care.
