Bancroft NeuroRehab is seeking a senior clinical leader with the ability to guide cultural and programmatic initiatives to support evidence based, transdisciplinary brain injury habilitation and rehabilitation services. The Sr. Clinical Director will oversee assessment, development, and implementation of clinical best practices across all BNR programs.

Direct Support Professionals support those in our care to regain independence through rehabilitation, supervision, behavioral programming, social, and recreational activities.



Responsibilities

How You Can Make a Real Impact:

Provide direction to the brain injury program to ensure successful and collaborative transdisciplinary clinical processes.
* Provide leadership, training, and guidance for the effective development and implementation of IRPs.
* Direct measurement and analysis of clinical outcomes to identify trends and proactively pursue data-driven strategies for performance improvement.
* Serve as a content expert in areas of responsibility, and contribute thought leadership to the brain injury program through presentations, teaching, research, and publications.
* Oversee treatment integrity data collection, identify training needs of program staff, and make certain training needs are met as pertained to the program, improvement and effective implementation of transdisciplinary plans.
* Direct and oversee clinical operations and activities in partnership with the Senior Program Director, Clinical Directors, and Program Directors.
* Drive organizational clinical initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Clinical Officer and Executive Director of Clinical Services.
* Engage and supervise clinical directors across brain injury programs to ensure consistent clinical content and transdisciplinary approaches to care.
* Research and develop clinical protocols utilizing evidence based practice guidelines.
* Serve as the subject matter expert in the development of best practices, implementing innovative treatment approaches, and support compliance with Policies and Procedures for the Brain Injury Program, DDD, and CARF.

Qualifications

We are hiring clinical leaders who:

* Have a PhD or PsyD psychology, or a master's level or doctorate degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or a related field. Doctorate level education preferred

* Bring a minimum of five years of related experience in brain injury rehabilitation and/or recovery from neurologic injuries, with extensive knowledge in transdisciplinary care.
* Hold an active clinical license as required.
* Supervisory experience required.
