Job Description: TEKsystems is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SREs) to join a team responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of critical cloud-based environments. These engineers will monitor systems, respond to incidents, handle service requests related to configuration changes, and release coordination. No C2C (Must work W2) Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week Key Responsibilities * Monitor cloud environments using various tools to ensure uptime and performance * Respond to events and incidents, ensuring timely resolution * Handle service requests for configuration changes * Collaborate with development and platform teams on release activities * Maintain operational documentation and support runbooks * Required Skills and Experience* * Cloud platform experience: Azure preferred, AWS acceptable * OpenShift & Kubernetes: Must have hands-on experience * Python: Required for support scripting (not development) * Enterprise support background: Preferably in financial services or other regulated industries Nice-to-Have Skills * Terraform: Helpful for understanding infrastructure-as-code and configuration management Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.55 - $60.55/hr.
