Overview

We're looking for a marketing automation leader who can design and scale our demand generation engine. This isn't just about running campaigns-it's about architecting the strategy for how prospects discover, engage, and convert into revenue.

In this role, you'll map customer journeys, define lead-to-revenue processes, and oversee the automation frameworks that make them real. You'll evaluate and optimize the martech stack over time, ensuring the tools and workflows in place are the best fit for pipeline growth today and tomorrow.

Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $85,000 - $115,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and
authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee's portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.



Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

    Demand Generation Strategy: Own the roadmap for lead acquisition, nurture, and conversion, tying activities directly to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Customer Journey Architecture: Design scalable prospect journeys across digital channels, aligning marketing touchpoints with sales engagement.
  • Revenue Alignment: Partner with sales to define lead scoring, qualification, and handoff strategies that drive velocity through the funnel.
  • Tech Stack Stewardship: Assess, recommend, and implement marketing and sales technologies (CRM, automation platforms, engagement tools, CMS/landing page solutions, analytics platforms). Continuously optimize to keep systems modern, integrated, and effective.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Establish reporting frameworks that measure ROI, pipeline influence, and conversion performance; use insights to guide strategy.
  • Innovation & Testing: Drive experimentation with messaging, workflows, and engagement channels to improve conversion rates and customer experiences.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage automated workflows across chosen CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and website platforms.
  • Oversee data integrations to maintain attribution accuracy, clean reporting, and consistent customer records.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data regulations while advancing first-party data strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, digital, product, and sales teams to deliver coordinated campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record building and executing demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one leading CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), marketing automation, and sales engagement platform-plus the curiosity and judgment to recommend new tools as needs evolve.
  • Strong command of funnel analytics, forecasting, and marketing attribution models.
  • Experience with journey mapping, ABM tactics, and multi-channel campaign orchestration.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional conversations with clarity and commercial focus.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and strategic problem-solving-balancing the tactical with the long-term.
