Job Description
This position will lead a variety of medium projects and teams as Project Manager supporting our business through critical transformation initiatives, including divestiture and integration projects. This role will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that ensure smooth transitions for our people, processes, and customers. This is an On-site position.
Responsibilities:
- Leads projects and working teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects

- Guides team members to perform through issues and constraints
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to support project success

- Shifts between the "big picture" and the small but crucial details
- Is prepared to roll up their sleeves and work through detailed issues
- Tracks and reports progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
- Manages projects
- Applies project management tools and techniques toward a variety of projects
- Ensures all appropriate tools are completed and used effectively (e.g., charter, Gantt chart, status updates)
- Communicates
- Actively communicates with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Establishes regular points of communication
- Manages sponsor and stakeholders' expectations
- Delivers the expected results
- Performs root cause analysis on project shortfalls and takes corrective action as necessary
- Drives process improvements to optimize business operations during and after transition activities.
Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation to completion (4 to 6 years' experience)

Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience with process management
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Formal training in project management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Lean, Theory of Constraints) desired
