We are looking for a Principal Lead of Technical Program Management to lead the Americas Protection Programs team within Microsoft Threat Protection Research (MTP-R). This team is accountable for driving end-to-end protection programs across the MTP suite and reimagining how we engage with customers to deliver unified, impactful security experiences. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how we plan, execute, and evolve protection strategies across Microsoft Security. ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the vision, charter, and execution strategy for the Microsoft Threat Protection (MTP) Research organization, ensuring alignment with Defender and Sentinel goals. Lead a distributed team of TPMs across Americas. Oversee the delivery of cross-functional protection programs that span pre-breach and post-breach scenarios, ensuring end-to-end cohesion and measurable impact. Partner closely with engineering, research, product, and field teams to ensure protection programs are deeply integrated and responsive to customer needs. Establish and evolve TPM best practices, metrics, and rhythms that drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Embody our culture and values | |
