Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities Arcfield has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Manager to drive growth across our National Strategic Programs Business Unit. This role is ideal for a proven business development and capture leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. As a Growth Manager, you will lead the identification, qualification, and capture of high-impact opportunities with customers such as DEVCOM AvMC, PEO Missiles and Space, PEO Aviation, SMDC, MDA, and MSIC. You will play a critical role in shaping Arcfield's future in the defense sector with a current focus on missile defense, developmental systems, targets & countermeasures, digital engineering solutions, models and simulation, and hypersonic test and evaluation to name a few. The National Strategic Business unit encompasses a portfolio of entities geographically dispersed across the United States. Technical expertise currently reside in three strategic locations which are Huntsville AL, Colorado Springs, CO and Washington DC. The perfect candidate will have a working knowledge of organizations within the Huntsville AL footprint that are part of the defense enterprise. A strong connection to the community and the leaders within the community will be critical as the candidate helps grow business opportunities.
