Join a well-established and growing general practice law firm in Northwest Arkansas as a full-time Immigration Attorney. This is a direct hire opportunity with a firm that values experience, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients from diverse backgrounds. We are seeking a skilled attorney with experience in immigration law who is ready to make an immediate impact.

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with flexibility and remote work options

What You'll Do



  • Represent clients in immigration court, before USCIS, and in deportation proceedings
  • Assist clients with asylum cases, ICE matters, TPS transitions, Humanitarian Parole, DACA renewals, Withdrawal of Removal, and CAT (Convention Against Torture) applications
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including applications, petitions, appeals, and waivers
  • Draft correspondence, memos, and complex legal briefs
  • Provide legal counsel on all aspects of immigration law
  • Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed on case status
  • Monitor changes in immigration law and advise clients accordingly
  • Supervise and collaborate with DOJ Accredited Representatives on complex cases
  • Review and sign documents prepared by DOJ Partially Accredited Representatives for defensive asylum cases
  • Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with deadlines



Qualifications



  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active Arkansas attorney license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years practicing immigration law in a private law firm
  • Direct experience representing clients in immigration court
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with legal research tools, Google, and Microsoft software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to building long-term client relationships
