Join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Dayton, OH, and provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for an organized professional with strong communication skills and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

Pay & Schedule



  • Pay: $22/hr
  • Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



What You'll Do



  • Serve as the front desk receptionist: answer and direct phone calls, manage emails and mail, and maintain filing systems
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to team members as needed
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and arranging equipment maintenance or repairs
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks



Qualifications



  • Minimum 2 years of paid experience as an administrative assistant
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools
