Are you an experienced benefits professional ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic, people-focused company? Our client, a leader in benefits consulting, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This role starts as a contract position with the strong potential to be hired on permanently.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/yr.

What You'll Do:

You'll leverage your 5+ years of consulting/brokerage experience to guide groups of 25+ employees through the complex world of benefits. From medical and Rx to ancillary products, you'll transform regulations and data into clear, actionable insights. You'll deliver engaging presentations, provide trusted advice, and help clients make informed decisions that impact their people.

What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree and a California Life & Health License
  • 5+ years of experience in Brokerage firms
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and benefits plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A collaborative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
