Customer Service Inside Sales Representative

• Serve as the first point of contact by receiving customer calls, emails, and faxes for order placement.
• Process new and recurring job orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and forward quotes for new business opportunities.
• Order raw materials and maintain accurate inventory by charging off used materials.
• Set up new customers and vendors in the system, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely updates on orders.
• Support the production team by maintaining stock production orders and checking order status on the shop floor.
• Assist with receptionist duties, data entry, and general office tasks.
• Work closely with the production manager and quality team to resolve customer complaints.
• Contribute to inventory counts and ensure customer files are well-organized and up to date.

• Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in data entry and comfort using computer systems.
• Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong team player who enjoys working across departments.
• Flexibility to sit for long periods, occasionally walk the shop floor, and lift up to 20-25 lbs.
