Sales Representative

Staffmark is hiring! We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction in Statesboro, GA. This role requires industry knowledge, effective territory management, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation: $40,000 base + 15% commission

What You'll Do

• Understand and anticipate customer needs, using the Kenect System to track interactions
• Follow the sales process, complete documentation, and collaborate with internal teams
• Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Manage your territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide professional, honest, and proactive communication with customers and colleagues
• Participate in company programs, training, and industry events
• Operate construction equipment for demonstrations, including the "Tow & Show" concept

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer relations, territory management, or equipment demonstrations
• Strong sales and customer service abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry
• Experience in equipment sales is a plus
