CDL Driver

Staffmark Drivers is hiring in Ailey, GA! Join our team as a CDL Driver and help deliver products from the Distribution Center to customers efficiently-home daily with consistent hours.

Pay: $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Details

• Local routes only, cross-dock in Vidalia, GA
• Touch freight - delivering a variety of products to customer-designated storage areas
• Assist with route learning by riding along with other drivers if needed
• Operate and inspect delivery vehicles (Class A or B CDL for Drivers)
• Load and unload products safely; lifting may be required

Job Duties

• Complete customer deliveries as outlined by delivery tickets
• Follow assigned routes and schedules
• Prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of deliveries
• Support the team by assisting with routing and on-the-job training for new hires

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL (Drivers)
• No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the past 3 years
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse report
• Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience (Drivers)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
