Job DescriptionThe Cross-Border Product Strategy and Go-To-Market team is pivotal in expanding the North American Visa Direct business. The team is made up of global payments experts that leverage their strong analytical skills to craft and execute strategic plans to propel Visa Direct's cross-border growth across various payment rails, use cases, and verticals. They work closely with solutioning and sales teams to showcase the immense potential and value of Visa Direct to key client segments. As a Cross-Border Product Commercialization Senior Manager, you will lead cross-border product strategy and commercialization, driving value for Visa's clients and supporting the North American Visa Direct growth agenda. We seek a dynamic self-starter who excels in storytelling, thrives in ambiguous environments, and has a proven track record of scaling businesses or products through strategic execution. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
