Job Overview: Responsible for the effective daily coordination and monitoring of Patient Transportation services activities through timely and accurate dispatch and management of customer transportation requests and efficient assignments of transport personnel, Qualifications: Preferred:
Scheduling Requirements: Shift working, 10:00 6:30p each day Days to work: Monday Friday, every other weekend/Holiday Full Time Essential Functions: Patient, visitor, staff or employee complaints; resolves problems associated with Patient Transport Services; recommends and participates in the solution of ongoing problems or trends Operation Excellence Acts as a positive role model; possesses integrity, focus, commitment, flexibility, diplomacy and a team spirit. Is reliable and trustworthy. Demonstrates and promotes the culture, values, and management philosophy in conjunction with the resident facility. Proactive in the achievement of the departmental goals and objectives. Understands and facilitates organizational and departmental mission and values. Exhibits excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills, Displays interpersonal skills. Maintains professionalism at all times. Knows how to diffuse high-tension situations.
