What this job involves - This position is a key leader on the account team responsible for ensuring excellent Facility Management Operations across assigned client sites. This individual will ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, service delivery and introduction of best practices and continuous innovations/improvements. Successfully interface with multiple stakeholders with varying/unique needs and must be able to flex based on the specific situation. This position requires the ability to proactively and independently identify problems and deliver thoughtful and comprehensive end to end solutions that are tailored to the needs of the customer. This position will drive superior performance through excellent people management and will report to the Sr. Director of Facilities Management.Estimated travel 20-30% within the state of Tennessee; this is a hybrid position and includes a combination of working remote (1 day) and onsite at client sites.
