What does a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise IAM systems at Swire Coca-Cola. The senior IAM engineer ensures secure and efficient access across the organization using their strong analytical capabilities to problem-solve access requirements and communicate the information with clarity, both in writing and presentations, to business leaders and stakeholders. This seasoned professional with a proven record in problem-solving, designing, deploying, and supporting advanced IAM solutions, including SAP role management will design a seamless process for all employee access permissions. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, stays ahead of cybersecurity trends, and skillfully translates technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IAM solutions to manage user identities, access privileges, and authentication mechanisms across the organization.
- Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver IAM solutions that meet organizational needs. Be able to coach best practices with other members of the Organization.
- Ensure that IAM solutions protect information resources from unauthorized use, disclosure, damage, and loss.
- Maintain and support existing IAM systems, Including SAP Identity Management.
- Management of user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Ensure IAM systems and processes comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and policies.
- Integrate IAM solutions with various applications, systems, and services to provide seamless user access.
- Perform regular user audits to ensure compliance and least privilege principle is followed.
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM processes and systems and provide training to end-users and IT staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline required
- 4+ years Entra ID, IAM, PIM, PAM, SSO experience required.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and least privilege principle frameworks required.
- Security Standards & Compliance architecture in NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, and Zero Trust or similar required.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, and MFA required.
