Job Description Summary: The Digital Integration Project Coordinator is a trusted expert of Airgas' SupplySync commercial offering -- our branded program encompassing our punchout site and digital integration (automation of order-to-cash transactions) through spend management platforms or business networks, and acts as a single point of contact for customers who request a Digital Integration solution. This role handles intricacies of the entire project including project setup, testing, issue identification and resolution, project implementation support and training efforts. The role works in conjunction with project managers, IT resources, internal and external stakeholders, and will be involved in multiple projects, simultaneously. It provides support to both internal associates and external customers throughout the duration of the customer project & relationship.

  • Work in a cross-functional team environment, closely interacting with project management, digital integration managers and technical teams; fostering positive relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Manage setup, authentication, testing, and maintenance for all digitally integrated customers, provide support to foster online ordering; this may include portal support

  • Lead testing efforts for assigned customer projects, communicating with internal and external team stakeholders on testing progress

  • Act as subject matter expert regarding Airgas' eProcurement platform shopping options including catalog functionality and technical support escalation

  • Host virtual demonstrations and training sessions for external customers and internal associates to promote use of Airgas SupplySync solution

  • Maintain reports related to prioritized workload and completion of daily, weekly, monthly responsibilities

  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues while keeping customer, project managers and technical team up-to-date on status or changes to the system.

  • Maintain issue tracking database, including providing regular reporting on issue trends

  • Regularly perform quality assurance and testing on digital project solution functions

  • Document testing of new and existing digital project solution functionality

  • Work with project managers, and technical team to ensure quality control processes are followed and help fine-tune processes where issues occur

  • Help create Standard Operating Procedures and aid in team documentation

Required Qualifications

  • B.A. / B.S. from an accredited institution with emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Communications, OR equivalent experience within a Digital Operations environment

  • Previous technical support experience

  • Basic understanding of programming languages

  • Proficiency with Google suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial gas experience a plus

  • Previous experience with eProcurement platforms a plus

  • Previous experience with Excel and Google tools; digitally inclined
