Sr Accountant, Incentives & Departments Location

Overview Concentra is recognized as the nation's leading occupational health care company. The Sr Accountant, Incentives and Departments is responsible for accounting for Concentra's sales commissions and other incentives including administration, calculations, analyses, and projections, as well as other corporate functions. The Sr Accountant, Incentives and Departments also provides support to assigned department leaders and senior leadership, working closely with them on monthly accounting, analyses, budgets, and reporting. The position continuously maintains all related controls and follows generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to foster an environment of continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Financially administer and account for all aspects of monthly and quarterly sales incentives per
established plans including submission for payout processing following proper approvals. Qualifications Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Degree must be from an accredited college or university. Certifications and/or Licenses: CPA or candidate is preferred.
