Overview
The Regional Sales Consultant advises and supports regional executive leadership in the execution of branch sales strategy. Drives continuous sales improvement by translating branch strategy into effective and feasible tactics. Provides guidance and coaching to enhance the quality of execution. Ensures that sales activities are consistent with organizational objectives, adhere to acceptable sales practices, and are fundamentally client-centric through ongoing consultation across Bank branches. This on-site position could be based in Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, or Winston-Salem and will require frequent travel Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Sales Leadership or Sales Coaching in the Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Sales Leadership or Sales Coaching in the Financial Services industry License or Certification Type: Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided.
