As a Security Professional - Front Desk Patrol in PHOENIX, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Front Desk Officer at a prominent financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management to help deter unauthorized entry and maintain order in the lobby area. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are key as you handle inquiries and support daily operations. Pay Rate: $19.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Assist with the implementation of security-related measures to help to deter unauthorized activity within the facility.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to assist with inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
