What does a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across Talent Acquisition by developing and analyzing data-driven processes and operations. You will design scalable workflows, evaluate systems and tools to ensure the right solutions are in place, and enhance both the hiring manager and candidate experience while increasing recruiter efficiency. You will also lead a team of Talent Coordinators who support candidates from offer through their first day.


Job Details:
This position is hybrid, a minimum of 2 days in office per week.
Position can be located at our offices in either Draper, UT, Boise, ID or Phoenix, AZ.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead, coach and develop a team of coordinators, ensuring seamless candidate and hiring leader experiences from offer to day 1 processes
  • Own our pre-employment screening processes, including DOT and I-9
  • Manage recurring KPI reporting, generate functional reports, quarterly dashboards, and ad hoc reports to improve decision-making and measure recruiting performance
  • Standardize key productivity and conversion metrics reporting to meet the needs of the business, and establish reporting cadences with TA Director and TA Manager for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Elevate the recruiting experience by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation of our talent acquisition systems, processes, and tools
  • Manage applicant tracking system - partnering with HRIS, background vendor and other talent acquisition platforms, troubleshooting technology issues and ensuring proper data hygiene
  • Develop communications, training materials, and job aids to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technology, maintaining compliance within processes
  • Manage vendor performance, contract compliance, invoicing, and accountability for Talent Acquisition vendors
  • Provide recruiting technology support and develop ongoing system training for the talent acquisition team
  • Conduct initial and continuous improvement audits of the ATS, background vendor, and recruitment processes, optimizing all
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, research solutions, and provide recommendations to simplify the technology stack without sacrificing quality, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technology
  • Stay updated on external trends and best practices for Talent Acquisition efficiency and recommend external technology solutions


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required required
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting operations in fast paced, dynamic environments required
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role required
  • Subject matter expert in recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of I9 processing, adjudicating, equal employment opportunity regulations
  • Experience working with HRIS team and third-party vendors to resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and implement configuration changes
