Put your data entry and customer service skills to work in a rewarding temp-to-hire opportunity! Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a reputable local company. If you're detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $18 - $20/hr

What You'll Do:



  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders and quotes by the end of the business day
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and report product or process issues, suggesting improvements
  • Provide excellent customer service in a supportive work environment
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management



What We're Looking For:



  • Customer service and order entry experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving product issues
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
