Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Pay: $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and log customer requests, ensuring timely completion and consistent updates to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, document control, and formulators to meet deadlines.
  • Supervise, train, support, and guide customer service representatives; assist with workload overflow as needed.
  • Improve service quality by analyzing processes, recommending changes, and implementing new policies.
  • Prepare customized correspondence, shipping quotes, product price sheets, and purchase orders.
  • Support pricing activities and provide administrative assistance to the Customer Service Manager.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and collaborative with excellent multitasking ability.
  • Strong communication, technical writing, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
