Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience as a certified forklift operator
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
• Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, safety practices, and shipping/receiving procedures
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

What You'll Be Doing:

• Load and unload trucks with efficiency and care
• Transport goods between storage, production lines, and docks
• Perform packaging and stretch wrap duties as needed
• Inspect, prepare, and process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Participate in physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and perform basic maintenance
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and order in your workspace
• Follow all safety procedures, quality guidelines, and company policies
• Assist in warehouse operations when needed
• Meet productivity goals and work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
