Staffmark is hiring a Document Control Clerk in Wilmington, OH. This entry-level role is perfect for detail-oriented, organized individuals who enjoy working with documents and data while supporting a team-driven environment.

Pay & Schedule:



  • $18/hour
  • Shift Options: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Temp-to-hire



What You'll Do:



  • Retrieve, sort, scan, batch, validate, and release documents
  • Maintain efficient document flow across departments
  • Operate outgoing mail equipment
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Support daily operations to ensure accuracy and compliance



Qualifications:



  • Comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step ladders, and lift/push up to 35 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain a clean, orderly workspace
