Machine Operator

Step into a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment! Staffmark is seeking a Machine Operator for our 2nd shift team in Springfield, OH. Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $16/hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery and meet or exceed production standards
• Inspect products for quality and maintain accurate reports
• Process components and finished products, returning them to proper containers
• Complete required paperwork for quality, time tracking, scrap, and traceability
• Collaborate with team members, coordinators, and managers
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and prolonged standing
• Lift up to 30-40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required
• Work performed primarily in a factory environment
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous press or manufacturing experience helpful
