Step into a hands-on role in a fast-paced distribution center! Staffmark is seeking an Operator to safely and accurately load and unload products while supporting daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with reach truck experience to grow their career in a supportive environment.

Pay & Schedule



  • $18.50/hr-$21.50/hr
  • Shifts: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (some Saturday OT)



What You'll Do



  • Safely operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
  • Load and unload products accurately within the distribution center
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support team members to meet daily operational goals



Qualifications



  • 1 year of experience operating a reach truck
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
