As a Security Professional - Media Facility - Full Time in Nampa, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading technology and media location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, staying highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You will be expected to respond quickly to situations, communicate clearly with team members, and support visitors and staff with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the tech and media environment to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client contacts to maintain a secure environment within the location.
• Remain alert and observant while on patrol to help to deter issues and provide a visible security-related presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
