REGIONAL FIELD TRAINER

The Regional Field Trainer plays a vital role in elevating leasing and operational performance across Hillpointe communities. Responsible for delivering in-person onboarding, coaching, and practical skills training, this role ensures team members are confident and consistent in executing the Hillpointe way. Supporting one of Hillpointe's two Regional Vice Presidents of Property Management, each trainer will work directly with onsite teams to reinforce company standards and provide hands-on support where it matters most.

Key Responsibilities



  • Enhance Leasing & Sales Performance
    Coach teams on lead management, prospect engagement, value-based selling, objection handling, and closing techniques to strengthen conversion throughout the leasing funnel.


  • Elevate the Customer Touring Experience
    Train associates on consistent, high-quality touring standards, including model demonstrations, storytelling, property knowledge, and tailored guest interactions, to ensure an exceptional and memorable prospect experience.


  • Reinforce Policies & Procedures
    Ensure teams understand and adhere to company standards by reviewing operational policies,identifyinggaps, and coaching healthy habits that support compliant, consistent execution.


  • Deliver On-Site Training & Coaching
    Conduct regular property visits toobserveperformance in real time, provide actionable feedback, and model great leasing, sales, and customer service behaviors.


  • Lead New Hire Onboarding
    Facilitate in-person onboarding for new associates, introducingHillpointeservice expectations, touring approach, communication standards, and core leasing processes.


  • Support Ongoing Skill Development
    Provide targeted refresher sessions, role-play scenarios, andmicrotrainingsto support continued growth and skill reinforcement for existing team members.


  • Document Field Insights & Progress
    Track training sessions, performance observations, improvement opportunities, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability and sustained behavior change.


  • Collaborate with L&D and Operations
    Partner with leadership to share trends, recommend training solutions, and align field execution with organizational standards and initiatives.



Qualifications & Abilities



  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Confident coaching style with the ability to build trust and motivate others
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing strategies, customer service standards, and operational procedures
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and adjusting to varying property dynamics
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong follow-up skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in property management or leasing
  • 1+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or mentorship roles
  • Demonstrated success in a leasing, customer service, or sales leadership position
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% across assigned regions
