WORK SHIFT DAY (United States of America)SUMMARY OF DUTIES Leave of Absence Intake process owner, ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements, facilitating effective communication between employees and management, and maintaining accurate leave records.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED 1. Manage the intake of all various types of leave of absence requests, including but not limited to, medical leave, maternity/paternity leave, and personal leave. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS * Lifting -- Not to exceed 50 lbs. -- local practice may apply. SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES * Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. COMMENTS Infectious Control Risk Category III: The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs. Risk category III states employment and procedures that do not require exposure.
