Production Supervisor

Acara Solutions is hiring a Production Supervisor for our client in Buffalo, NY!

Position Overview: Reporting to the General Manager and ownership, the Production Supervisor will oversee manufacturing operations, emphasizing food safety, order accuracy, quality control, training, and utilization of FlexiBake ERP.

Salary: Up to $75K/yr. with end of year bonus

Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM with occasional weekend shifts on Saturday's

Shift 1: 4:00AM-12:00PM

Shift 2: 12:00PM-8:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain order accuracy and meet production schedules.
• Uphold quality control measures to ensure product excellence.
• Utilize FlexiBake ERP for inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
• New-hire and ongoing training.

• 3 years' experience in a Production Manager role within food manufacturing.
• 3 years' experience using ERP systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
