This will be achieved by developing and managing the proactive procedures and systems for collection of internal ESG metrics from corporate departments, Integer sites, and electronic solutions required for ESG reporting and preparing reports that align with expectations. - Adhering to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Driving a culture that begins with living the Integer Values in daily activities including adherence to all regulations that drive Integer success.
- Supporting the Sr. Director, D&I and ESG to execute the ESG strategy on ESG data collection and reporting including presenting updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Leading, in collaboration with the Sr. Manager, Environmental and Sustainability Programs, the collection of environmental data necessary for ESG.
- Establishing and coordinating actionable plans to comply with ESG regulatory reporting standards and frameworks including, but not limited to EU ESRS & CSRD, GRI, TCFD, and IRFS
- Define company ESG data requirements, roles and responsibilities by developing sustainable procedures and processes with shared engagement and accountability, as well as a system of checks and measures that ensures robustness and accuracy of ESG data.
- Manage the implementation and sustainment of ESG reporting software that partners with key internal departments and stakeholders (eg, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Drive ESG and sustainability data collection into the ESG reporting software in partnership with cross-functional departments and site leadership to ensure ESG data is collected per procedures to achieve company goals.
- Lead all aspects of ESG and sustainability report development and execution to internal and external requirements and standards.
- Develop and deliver training internally to ensure ESG processes, policies and practices operate as written.
- Provide support and/or reporting for other sustainability-related reports and surveys (e.g. CDP, EcoVadis, etc.).
- Champion the revision process and program for ESG related updates on Integer.net
- Conduct monitoring and benchmarking on ESG reporting to help the company stay informed and prepared for impacts, risks and opportunities associated with ESG and sustainability trends, best practices, customer expectations, current or emerging ESG regulations, evolution in reporting standards, etc.
- Develop annual continuous improvement plans to enhance year over year ESG data performance, reporting and transparency.

What sets you apart:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or sciences, business, or related field
- Accumulated ESG, sustainability, environmental, EHS, and/or operations learnings and experiences over a period of 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment with 2+ years in a managerial or project manager capacity.

Salary Range: $103,500 - $151,800 Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
