The Position

The Opportunity:

As the Inclusion and Belonging Operations and Project Manager, you will provide critical operational expertise and support to the US Inclusion & Belonging team. You will manage budgets, drive data-driven insights, oversee projects, and ensure alignment with our strategic I&B objectives.

  • Financial Management: Support the management of the US I&B budget, and manage budgets for the Impact Networks (INs) and DNA Groups. Develop and implement financial processes and controls. Monitor expenditures, providing reports and analysis to the Head, I&B US.

  • Operational Support: Provide operational support for the US Inclusion & Belonging team by managing logistics, vendors, and communication. Develop and maintain efficient operational processes and workflows. Assist with the management of the US I&B activities portfolio, ensuring alignment with priorities and optimal resource use.

  • Insights & Reporting: Collaborate across teams to report key metrics for decision-making. Consolidate information to track performance and identify gaps/opportunities. Ensure reporting compliance and support strategies through research-based analysis and recommendations.

  • Project Management & Operational Execution: Support US I&B strategic projects: plan, execute, and monitor initiatives; coordinate teams; track progress; and manage risks.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field (I&B experience preferred).

  • Proven success in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $111,800 - $207,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
