The Position

You will coordinate activities, partner with leaders, and help build a workplace where everyone thrives. The Opportunity: You will partner closely with DNA Group leaders, executive sponsors, employees, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful I&B programs and events. Through this work, you'll help activate the broader US I&B strategy at the grassroots level, amplifying employee voices and stories across the organization. You will be responsible for:

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is$132,600 to $246,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
