Lead the Future of Performance Management in Work Management!

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive real business outcomes?! Were looking for a multifaceted leader to head up our Work Management (WM) Governance & Performance and Reporting team within GTM. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of redefining how we manage, measure, and optimize performance across GTM Work Management.

You'll lead the team responsible for developing and maintaining reliable performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and reporting frameworks that empower our partners to make data-driven decisions. With a solid focus on continuous improvement, and your team will provide direction and frontline support for our regional field staff and work closely with supporting stakeholders.

Leading our Work Management Governance & Performance Management team, you'll ensure alignment, consistency and excellence in how we apply work management practices across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Responsible to supervise and lead a small performance management and reporting team of 8 individuals, establish team priorities, and maintain business support and sustainment through delivery of effectives measures, information, and reporting capabilities.
  • Liaison with Ops Stakeholders to compile GTM Scorecard data and results monthly
  • Lead all aspects of GTM Ops Scorecard dashboard design, updates and maintenance
  • Lead activities with business teams and key collaborators to develop, maintain and continuously improve work management performance documentation, statistical analysis and reporting processes that will allow effective and efficient reporting and interpretation of work management data
  • Be responsible for and lead Work Management data quality analysis - coordinate, develop and support data analysis for the compilation of effective reports and scorecards for presentation to Leaders and partners
  • Responsible to implement consistent, effective methodology, architecture, and designs through key performance indicators and reports that support the continuous improvement and monitoring of Work Management practices & Business processes through the Work Management IPSECA model.
  • Lead collaboration with TIS support teams to ensure architecture, design and operation of data repository and tables meet business and collaborator reporting requirements.
  • Responsible to liaison with Enterprise Work Managements teams to ensure alignment to standard methodology through governance, reporting and sustainment.
  • Responsible to supervise the development, implementation, and establishment of GTMs PBi Dashboard as a source of truth.
  • Responsible for GTM Work Management performance tracking and reporting regulatory compliance and Key Performance Indicator's defined to support efficient maintenance practices that effectively administer optimal asset performance through the "right maintenance at the right time", in alignment with Business and Industry guidelines.
  • Identify trends in Work Management processes & execution that require further investigation to enable continuous improvement
  • Ensure critical systems preventative maintenance (PMs) performance criteria meets business and Partner requirements
  • Support teamwork and commitment that enables a dispersed team to work effectively as a high performing team
  • Responsible for ensuring Collaborator priorities are prioritized, communicated, and delivered to meet business requirements appropriately by the activities
  • Participate in planning and achieving annual departmental or project goals and objectives within area of responsibility

Who you are:

You have:

  • 7+ years of experience within data and reporting analytics pertaining to Pipeline, Gas Processing, Petro-Chemical or similar role in addition to a bachelor's degree OR 9+ years of previous field experience applicable to operations, maintenance, or management of pipeline or production facilities
  • Knowledge of field operations and technology concepts coupled with strong business and planning skills and prior leadership experience

You can:

  • Show a solid understanding of Oil & Gas or Utilities operational business requirements and the associated processes while also having working knowledge of the business processes within SAP, Maximo or like Maintenance Management systems specifically in the area of WM Governance, Planning and Scheduling, would include purchasing materials and services on work orders
  • Create and establish automated data reports & charting through excel or other data field captures

You are:

  • An outstanding written and verbal communicator who can communicate to end-users at all levels within the organization while also being able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Able to provide an enhanced understanding and knowledge of reporting through Power BI or similar reporting tools

The following are considered assets:

  • Computer Science related degree
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Maximo, SAP, Asset Manager, SCADA, Historians, GIS, Power BI, Document Management Systems (FileNet/SharePoint)
  • Understanding and knowledge of Work Management principles pertaining to planning and scheduling

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
