*Remote after onsite Training!!!* * Training: Downtown Phoenix (must be able to commute for the first 2-3 weeks) * Start Date: Tuesday, September 30th * Pay: $16/hr *About the Role:* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least one year of call center experience to join a dynamic team coordinating non-emergent transportation and paratransit services. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities * Verify eligibility and schedule transportation services using management systems * Deliver top-tier customer service to a diverse population * Accurately enter customer contact information into software systems * Conduct outbound calls as needed * Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner * Respond to and document customer complaints *Qualifications:* * Minimum 1 year of call center experience (must-have) * Strong documentation and data entry skills * Excellent customer service * Ability to work in a call center environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
