Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Start ASAP | Remote After Training) Are you a people-first professional with call center experience? We're looking for a *Customer Service Representative* to join a mission-driven team that supports individuals with transportation and accessibility needs.
*Location:* Onsite in Downtown *Phoenix, AZ* for 2 weeks of training, then *fully remote* *Start Date:* ASAP *Pay:* $16.00/hr What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice and heart of our service-helping individuals access essential transportation and disability-based programs. Your day will be a mix of: * Answering inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism * Scheduling non-emergency transportation and paratransit services * Verifying eligibility and documenting customer information * Supporting administrative tasks like data entry, ID processing, and reception duties * Maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality * Assisting with special projects and office coordination as needed What You Bring: * 1*+ year of call center experience* * (required) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multitask between calls and administrative duties * Comfort with data entry, faxing, and tracking documentation * A proactive, organized, and compassionate approach to helping others *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
