Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote After Training) Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $16/hour Duration: 3-month contract STARTS SEPTEMBER 30th About the Role Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting transportation coordination for individuals with disabilities. What You'll Do As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services. Your day will be split between handling calls and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include: * Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy * Scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services * Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests * Performing clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation * Supporting ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs * Providing receptionist coverage and managing office supplies and equipment * Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality What We're Looking For 1+ year of call center experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Comfortable with data entry and administrative support Commitment to providing excellent customer service Work Environment * Training: On-site at our Phoenix office for the first 2 weeks * After Training: Fully remote Why You'll Love This Role Make a real impact by helping individuals access essential transportation Gain valuable experience in healthcare and customer service Work in a supportive and inclusive team environment Weekly pay at a competitive rate of $16/hour Ready to take the next step in your career?
