 Salary: $140,000- $150,000 About the Role We're looking for an Art Director to lead and elevate the creative vision of a fast-moving beauty brand. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused-you'll actively design, art direct, and manage projects, while also mentoring and guiding a team of four designers (Senior, Mid, Junior, and Packaging). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong on-set production experience, and has a track record in CPG and packaging design. You'll translate big-picture brand direction into pixel-perfect executions across social, digital, packaging, and e-commerce, ensuring every touchpoint is trend-relevant and aligned with Gen Z audiences. What You'll Do Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship
 
 
 
 Act as the Creative Director's right hand, ensuring design quality and consistency across all channelsTranslate brand vision into briefs, moodboards, and final creative assetsLead, mentor, and inspire a team of four designers while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environmentProvide constructive, actionable feedback that strengthens both the work and the teamPartner with the Director of Creative Operations to keep projects on track and on schedule
 Campaign Development & Execution
 
 
 
 Lead omnichannel campaign development with a social-first mindset (TikTok, Instagram, Reels, emerging platforms)Concept and art direct photo and video shoots, from pre-production through post-productionOwn the creative direction for new product launches, including packaging, marketing assets, and go-to-market visualsEnsure creative output is culturally relevant, shareable, and optimized for engagementBuild scalable systems-templates, guidelines, and toolkits-for consistent brand execution
 Production & Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 
 Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and external partners to deliver cohesive creative solutionsEnsure all files are production-ready, accurate, and polished for both print and digital channelsEvolve the brand aesthetic in response to consumer insights and design trendsSupport the development of sales tools, retailer assets, and internal communications
 
 What We're Looking For 
 
 
 5+ years in art direction, or brand creative (beauty or CPG experience)Proven on-set production experience (photo and video)Packaging design experience and understanding of packaging life cyclesStrong website showcasing visual storytelling, campaigns, and brand workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
 
Experience leading and mentoring creative teamsDeep knowledge of social content and beauty design trendsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple fast-moving projectsExcellent communicator and collaborator, with confidence presenting workPortfolio required- Strong website showcasing visual storytelling, campaigns, and brand work (website required; PDFs not accepted)
