Description Clerical/Administrative Support Summary: Schedule: Monday and Friday 11am to 7pm and Wednesday 9am to 3pm. This is for our Switchboard team. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
