The Position

Leading with passion and collaboration, the team will work across the US Diagnostics enterprise to embed I&B into the fabric of our culture and business.

As an I&B Engagement Expert - US Diagnostics you will spearhead engagement initiatives across US Diagnostics. You will be at the forefront of fostering an inclusive and belonging culture by leading impactful I&B events, managing vital external partnerships, and orchestrating key sessions to advance and foster our culture. As a recognized expert, you will empower a network of leaders to achieve tangible I&B results.

The Opportunity:

You will drive the I&B culture by:

  • I&B Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to raise awareness and engagement with US I&B topics and events. Partner with US Diagnostics communications to amplify I&B messaging through integrated strategies and innovative methods for broad reach and understanding.

  • External Partnership Management: Manage and cultivate external partnerships (associations, universities, companies) to enhance I&B efforts and expand US Diagnostics reach, ensuring alignment with I&B strategies and optimizing effectiveness.

  • Event Creation and Coordination: Develop and lead cultural events, learning sessions, and employee listening forums to build community and dialogue. Create and deliver impactful I&B programs. Collect and analyze event feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Contribution: Contribute to and implement US I&B initiatives aligned with the overall strategy. Enable a network of leaders across US Diagnostics to champion I&B initiatives and drive results. Challenge the status quo, develop new approaches, and influence others to drive solutions. Provide expert guidance and support on I&B engagement best practices to internal stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in communications, event management, or external partner management

  • Demonstrated expertise in building stakeholder relationships and in critical thinking

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in managing multiple projects under deadlines, leading cross-functional teams, and event planning and execution

  • Requirement for approximately 15% travel

  • Pharmaceutical/biotech experience and understanding of I&B principles preferred.

Note: Primary location for this role, one of the following locations; Indianapolis, Santa Clara, Tucson, Branchburg, or Pleasanton.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is $110,600 - $205,400.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
