As Sr. Enterprise Architect I (ServiceNow, you'll provide onsite support to our Air Force customer. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions that align with mission objectives, improve business processes, and ensure platform scalability and compliance with Air Force requirements.

What you'll do:



  • Lead the architectural design and roadmap for enterprise ServiceNow solutions in support of Air Force mission priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with DoD cybersecurity, compliance, and integration standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration activities.
  • Optimize ServiceNow performance and governance, ensuring best practices are applied across the enterprise.
  • Mentor technical teams and guide implementation to ensure solution quality, maintainability, and alignment with the architectural vision.
  • Partner with Air Force leadership, program managers, and other technical staff to deliver innovative and mission-focused outcomes.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, or administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, or custom application development.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


SALARY RANGE: $ 184,000 - $243,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:



  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:


    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
