As Sr. Enterprise Architect I (ServiceNow, you'll provide onsite support to our Air Force customer. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions that align with mission objectives, improve business processes, and ensure platform scalability and compliance with Air Force requirements. What you'll do: Lead the architectural design and roadmap for enterprise ServiceNow solutions in support of Air Force mission priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions. Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with DoD cybersecurity, compliance, and integration standards. Provide technical leadership and oversight for ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration activities. Optimize ServiceNow performance and governance, ensuring best practices are applied across the enterprise. Mentor technical teams and guide implementation to ensure solution quality, maintainability, and alignment with the architectural vision. Partner with Air Force leadership, program managers, and other technical staff to deliver innovative and mission-focused outcomes. What you'll need to succeed: Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, or administration. Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, or custom application development. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and ITIL processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. SALARY RANGE: $ 184,000 - $243,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
