Reimagine What's Possible

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our Monroe, WI plant and terminal which produces liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) for a variety of customers in the food, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries.

Air Products pioneered the "on-site" concept of producing and selling industrial gases in 1940. That ground-breaking idea not only launched our company, it launched the industrial gas industry we know today. Since then, we have built a reputation for our innovative culture, operational excellence, and dedication to safety and the environment. Today, we are delivering some of the largest and most complex projects in the history of Air Products and are fully engaged in finding solutions to the world's environmental and sustainability challenges.

We help our customers become more productive, energy efficient, and sustainable. With approximately 23,000 employees and operations in 50 countries, we serve customers across a variety of industries (over 30!) from food and beverage to medical, energy, and transportation. We supply a unique portfolio of atmospheric and process gases, equipment, and services. We own and operate a diverse portfolio of industrial gas plants, develop innovative technology, applications, and equipment solutions, and internally perform the engineering, procurement, and construction of our own plants.

In this role you will support all aspects of the day-to-day plant & terminal operations. This will include customer interface, business interface, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance budgeting, as well as employee training. To be successful, you will need to gain an understanding of all aspects of the site's distribution activities, plant operation, and maintenance activities, while demonstrating strong leadership skills as a front-line supervisor. Effective communication skills to mentor employees on regulatory and policy compliance are essential.

The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous development by recognizing and nurturing individual strengths within the team. They will lead the site toward operational excellence through transparent communication, thoughtful workload management, and respectful engagement with cross-functional support teams. A strong ability to see the broader organizational context and evaluate the impact of decisions is essential.
